Common questions
Who can sign in?
Airline crews and dispatchers, with their airline work email. We email you a 6-digit code; there is no password. Personal addresses (Gmail, iCloud, Outlook…) can’t be used.
My airline’s email isn’t accepted
Enter your work email in the app and tap Request access with your airline’s name and ICAO codes. We review each request and email you once your domain is added.
I didn’t receive my code
Check your spam folder and that the address is right, then tap Resend code (once every 30 seconds). Codes are valid 10 minutes.
My flight doesn’t show an EDCT
EDCTs are only issued while the FAA runs a ground delay program or ground stop affecting your flight. Most flights never get one. Follow your flight and you’ll be notified if one is issued. Flights appear once their flight plan is filed with the FAA.
I’m not getting notifications
Make sure notifications for EDCT are allowed in Settings › Notifications › EDCT, and that the flight shows Notify me of changes turned on. Focus modes can hold notifications back.
How do I change my airline?
On the home screen, tap your airline codes at the top, then add or remove ICAO codes. A mainline code includes the regionals flying for it.
How do I delete my account?
Scroll to the bottom of the home screen and tap Delete account. Everything is deleted right away; see the Privacy Policy.
Can I rely on EDCT for operations?
No. EDCT shows FAA data that can change at any time. Always confirm with ATC or your dispatcher. See the Terms of Use.
